Method
- Mixed all of ingredients and fill it egg and water. Insert margarine and stir until proof.
- Take a rest batter 10 minutes.
- For scales weighing batter 60 gram then rounded off
- Take a rest batter 10 minutes

- Terigu Cakra 1000 gram
- Ragi instan 15 gram
- Water 600 gram
- Sugar 120 gram
- Salt 15 gram
- Milk Powder 40 gram
- Margarine 80 gram
- Bread improver 3 gram
- Wijen Topping 30 gram
- Egg Topping 50 gram
- Dairy Milk Topping 150 ml
Method
- Mixed all of ingredients. Masukkan water, aduk hingga adonan menyatu. Masukkan margarine, aduk hingga kalis.
- Bagi adonan dengan berat 60 gram. Buang gasnya dan bulatkan lalu susun di atas loyang yang sudah dioles dengan pemoles loyang.
- Istirahatkan selama 15 menit
- Tekan bagian atasnya hingga pipih.
- Istirahatkan selama 90 menit hingga adonan cukup mengembang. Oles dengan campuran bahan polesan lalu taburi wijen di bagian permukaan pada menit ke 30.
- Bakar di oven pada suhu 190 "C selama 15 menit.
- Oles dengan margarine.
