BAKERY RECIPES

Indonesian Bakery Recipes have some method and unique taste. Some of recipes is :

Recipe Name : SWEET BREAD
Portion Size : 60 gram
Yield : 33 pcs
Baking : 190"C, 15 minutes
Mould : Square Brass

Ingredient

  1. Whole Wheat Cakra 800 gram
  2. Whole Wheat Segitiga 200 gram
  3. Sugar 220 gram
  4. Salt 15 gram
  5. Yeast 30 gram
  6. Water 450 gram
  7. Milk Powder 60 gram
  8. Margarine 180 gram
  9. Bread improver 3 gram
  10. Egg Yellow 30 gram
  11. Full Egg 100 gram
  12. Cheese Content 100 gram
  13. Chocolate Meses Content 100 gram
  14. Egg Topping 50 gram
  15. Dairy Milk Topping 150 ml

Method

  1. Mixed all of ingredients and fill it egg and water. Insert margarine and stir until proof.
  2. Take a rest batter 10 minutes.
  3. For scales weighing batter 60 gram then rounded off
  4. Take a rest batter 10 minutes
  5. Throw away the gas, form and contents appropriate taste. Compile at brass that at rub brass ingredients.

Ingredient

  2. Yeast 22,5 gram
  3. Water 930 gram
  4. Sugar 75 gram
  5. Salt 30 gram
  6. Milk Powder 60 gram
  7. Shortening 90 gram
  8. Bread improver 4,5 gram

Method

  1. Mixed all of ingredients and fill it egg and water. Insert a margarine and stir until proof.

Ingredient

  1. Terigu Cakra 1000 gram
  2. Ragi instan 15 gram
  3. Water 600 gram
  4. Sugar 120 gram
  5. Salt 15 gram
  6. Milk Powder 40 gram
  7. Margarine 80 gram
  8. Bread improver 3 gram
  9. Wijen Topping 30 gram
  10. Egg Topping 50 gram
  11. Dairy Milk Topping 150 ml

Method

  1. Mixed all of ingredients. Masukkan water, aduk hingga adonan menyatu. Masukkan margarine, aduk hingga kalis.
  2. Bagi adonan dengan berat 60 gram. Buang gasnya dan bulatkan lalu susun di atas loyang yang sudah dioles dengan pemoles loyang.
  3. Istirahatkan selama 15 menit
  4. Tekan bagian atasnya hingga pipih.
  5. Istirahatkan selama 90 menit hingga adonan cukup mengembang. Oles dengan campuran bahan polesan lalu taburi wijen di bagian permukaan pada menit ke 30.
  6. Bakar di oven pada suhu 190 "C selama 15 menit.
  7. Oles dengan margarine.
